Thank you for your interest in our online shop. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Below, we inform you about how we process your personal data.
1. Access Data and Hosting
You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. Each time a webpage is accessed, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file, which may contain, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the access.
This access data is evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the website and improving our offer. This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests, in the correct presentation of our offer pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. All access data is deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visit to our website.
2. Data Processing for Contract Fulfilment and Contact
2.1 Data Processing for Contract Fulfilment
For the purpose of processing the contract, including enquiries and the handling of any existing warranty claims, performance issues and any statutory update obligations, we collect personal data pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR if you provide it to us in connection with your order.
Mandatory fields are marked as such because we require the corresponding data to process the contract and cannot process or ship the order without this information. The data collected can be seen from the respective input forms.
Further information on the processing of your data, in particular the transfer to our service providers for order, payment and shipping processing, can be found in the following sections of this Privacy Policy.
After the contract has been fully processed, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiry of the tax and commercial retention periods pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR or we reserve the right to use data beyond this where permitted by law and about which we inform you in this Privacy Policy.
2.2 Customer Account
If you have given your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR by choosing to create a customer account, we use your data for the purpose of opening the customer account and storing your data for future orders on our website.
You can delete your customer account at any time either by sending a message to the contact option described in this Privacy Policy or by using a function provided for this purpose in your customer account.
After deletion of your customer account, your data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR or we reserve the right to use data beyond this where permitted by law and about which we inform you in this Privacy Policy.
2.3 Contact
As part of customer communication, we collect personal data to process your enquiries pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR if you provide it to us when contacting us, for example via a contact form or by email.
Mandatory fields are marked as such because we require the corresponding data to process your enquiry. The data collected can be seen from the respective input forms.
After your enquiry has been fully processed, your data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR or we reserve the right to use data beyond this where permitted by law and about which we inform you in this Privacy Policy.

Insofar as processing is carried out by us, it takes place for the fulfilment of the contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. PayPal is generally independently responsible for any further processing carried out by PayPal. PayPal's privacy policy applies in this respect.
4.3 Fraud Prevention and Optimisation of Payment Processes
Where applicable, our payment service providers process additional data for the purposes of fraud prevention, risk assessment and optimisation of payment processes.
Insofar as such processing takes place within our area of responsibility, it serves pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR to safeguard our legitimate interests in preventing payment defaults and fraud as well as in secure and efficient payment processing.
5. Cookies and Other Technologies
5.1 General Information
To enable the use of certain functions of our website, we use technologies including so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that may be stored on your device.
Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e. after you close your browser (session cookies). Other cookies remain on your device and enable your browser to be recognised when you visit again (persistent cookies).
We use technologies that are necessary for the operation of our website and for the provision of functions expressly requested by you, for example the shopping cart function.
Where your consent is required for the use of further technologies, these technologies will only be used after you have given your consent. You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
5.2 Browser Settings
You can configure your browser so that you are informed when cookies are set, allow cookies only in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies in certain cases or generally, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser.
Information on managing cookies can be found, among others, at: Microsoft Edge™ / Safari™ / Chrome™ / Firefox™ / Opera™
6. Social Media
6.1 Social Media Links to Instagram
Our website may contain links to our Instagram profile. Where these are integrated solely as ordinary HTML links, simply visiting our website does not establish a connection to Instagram or Meta servers.
If you click such a link, you leave our website and are redirected to the respective provider's platform. From that point onwards, further data processing is generally carried out by the respective platform operator.
6.2 Our Online Presence on Instagram (Meta)
We maintain an online presence on Instagram. The provider for users within the European Economic Area is generally:
Meta Platforms Ireland Limited
Merrion Road
Ballsbridge
Dublin 4, D04 X2K5
Ireland
When you visit our Instagram presence, Meta may process personal data relating to your use of the platform. This may include, in particular, device information, usage data, interactions and, where applicable, data collected using cookies or similar technologies.
Meta may also process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States, or transfer data to companies located there. The applicable legal transfer mechanisms are used for transfers of data to third countries. These may include, in particular, an adequacy decision by the European Commission for appropriately certified recipients or standard contractual clauses.
Further information on how Instagram and Meta process your data and on the privacy and settings options available there can be found in Meta's privacy information.
Instagram / Meta Privacy Information
Insofar as we are jointly responsible with Meta for so-called Page Insights data, processing is carried out on the basis of the applicable agreement on joint controllership pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR.
